1) Free consultation
We will arrange a viewing of your garden and discuss what you want to achieve, your taste and your budget whilst taking into consideration the available space, local surroundings, architecture, aspect, soil type, existing features and plants.
2) Design quote
Once we have an idea of what you want and how long we think it will take to draw, we will provide you with a written quote for the design.
3) Site survey & analysis
We will take accurate measurements of your existing garden including any changes in levels. Large or complex sites may require a land surveyor.
4) Draft drawing & discussions
A rough pencil drawing of your design will be presented along with any necessary sketches and photos. This is the time to discuss any ideas or changes you may wish to make.
5) A1 coloured & annotated layout plan
The layout plan is the finished design and is the plan from which a landscape contractor can work.
6) Planting & lighting plans if required
Planting plans show the position, size and quantity of plants. We also supply a maintenance guide for your new garden. Lighting plans can be supplied if the system is too complex to include on the layout plan.
7) Quote for soft landscaping if required
We can quote for supply, planting and mulching of your new plants.
